Before I progress with a client we undergo a thorough examination of goals and client mentality to best form understanding between each other for the best possible outcome and continued progress.

– Personal training sessions:
• Daily workout sessions.

• High accuracy Nutrition assessment based on 7-13 day eating pattern evaluation.
• Post COVID Nutrition & strengthening guide.
• Personalized programming catering to any ailments (diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, lumbar issues, spondylosis, etc.)
• Corrective exercise for stiff or inflexible joints for better range of motion.
• Additional day of Yoga and meditation for active recovery from an expert in the field.
– Group training sessions:
• Group of 3-5 persons.
• Various training modules:
1. HIIT.
2. Strength training.
3. Functional.
4. Bodybuilding.
5. Yoga.
6. Moderate intensity endurance training. Etc.
• Individual goal assessment & Nutrition planning.
• Post COVID Nutrition & strengthening guide.
• Outdoor workout and recreation sessions. (Only IF the conditions are safe to do so)
• Interactive sessions to find the right training module suitable for the group.
• Weekly endurance contests to boost progress performance.
